Unit 7 Talking about Personal Problems (Nayami-soodan)

• Talk about people who look worried
• Talk to someone who looks worried
• Find out about what things other people are worried about and report the results with your comments
• Read an article from a website offering advice for problems and understand what the problem is and how the person feels
• Read some advice for problems and understand the main points

Unit 8 Problems When Travelling (Ryokoo-chuu no toraburu)

• Ask other people / Answer when you do not understand an announcement at an airport
• Remember and say where you were and what you were doing
• Help a friend who has lost something
• Ask someone for help in an emergency
• Read an article from a website and understand the problems, the writer experienced while travelling and what he / she thinks about it now

Unit 9 Looking for A Job (Shigoto o sagasu)

• Ask the reception at a company to tell someone that you are here to see him / her
• Talk about the company you work for and the work you do
• Read an e-mail asking for advice on job hunting and its reply, and understand what the writers intend to say
• Read an e-mail about the writer’s feelings on job hunting and understand the writer’s thoughts and feelings.

• Your course fee includes one digital copy of the learning materials. If you’d prefer a hard copy, you can purchase one from our recommended supplier at an extra cost.
• Public group classes are designed for 30 academic hours per CEFR level. If the group grows to 5-7 students, we’ll extend the program by 10 academic hours. If only two students enroll before the course starts, the group will shift to a semi-private format with 20 academic hours.
• Want to switch to a different group or schedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
• All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or has an emergency, we’ll arrange a substitute who’s fully briefed on your progress.
• Once you’ve started with your group, switching to another group or schedule isn’t possible.
• Please note that course fees are non-refundable once the group classes have begun.
• We can record group lessons for later viewing, but only if everyone in the class agrees before the course starts.
• At the end of every program, you’ll take a final exam (both written and verbal). To move up to the next CEFR level, you’ll need to score at least 70%.
• After completing your final exam, you’ll receive a progress report, recommendations, and a certification for your hard work!
